Passion for helping people reach their wellness potential by supplementing their medical care with additional wellness, nutritional, enzyme therapy and lifestyle education – that’s what drives the staff at Alo Health, LLC. They help people restore health and resolve symptoms, naturally.

Who are the people and partners behind this clinic and what drives their passions? They are people like you; they have lived with chronic health issues with seemingly no relief in sight. Because they were tired of being health victims, they fought back…hard. They found hope, healing, relief. That’s the passion that drives us all to help others. Our partners know this, and care about helping you find healing, too.

Pamela Herrling, Yoga Instructor/Facilitator – Garage Yoga Lady, LLC

As an instructor, Pamela brings 33+ years of fitness/wellness experience to her teaching/learning expertise. In 2016-17, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and her 300/500 hour training through Wild Abundant Life with Debbie Williamson and has since completed numerous other certifications and training. Pamela holds E-RYT 200 (experienced registered yoga teacher) and RYT 500 certifications through Yoga Alliance. She is a National Board Certified Teacher (EC/Middle Childhood Physical Education – 2015), holds a master of science degree in pedagogy in physical education and adapted physical education (Montana State, 1992), received bachelor of science degrees in physical education, health and recreation (Montana State, 1983), and taught physical education for 32 years in both Wisconsin and Montana (retired from public education in 2018). Because of quirky body issues, Pamela needed to find a fitness outlet that led her to yoga at the Apple Creek YMCA 10 years ago.

Garage Yoga Lady, LLC is the result of friends calling Pamela “the garage yoga lady” after a summer of teaching yoga in a friend’s garage. The name stuck and has since taken on new meaning. In a garage, there are usually all sorts of tools to complete a project. Every body is unique and requires different “tools” to navigate through a yoga practice. Those “tools” could be a body position change, use of a prop, changing one’s mindset, or using tension and release with breath. Pamela’s desire is to live in a world where everyone has peace in their thoughts, kindness in their words, and love in their heart, all while feeling well in their bodies, and she is committed to using whatever “tools” are required to get there. Pamela is excited to share what she’s learned about exercise and nutrition while helping others along their life journey.

Pamela lives in Appleton with her husband Kevin and wacky doodle Ziva. She misses her favorite oldest son and daughter in law in Tennessee and enjoys the next-door company of her favorite youngest son. She loves going for walks and hikes, playing in the dirt and harvesting veggies, and rowing on the Fox River. Making a mess in the kitchen is also a favorite of hers.

Kimberly Lacey, Yoga Instructor/Facilitator – Wellness Yoga LLC

Kimberly has a bachelor’s degree in radiology and is an E-RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance. Her main job as a radiology technologist has led her to want to find ways to counteract the physical demands put on her body. She believes muscles don’t need to just be strong but also flexible and able to balance with a strong foundation. This belief ignited a passion for yoga. Her favorite challenge has been people who claim they are NOT flexible enough to do yoga.

Kimberly has a desire for helping people, especially in their health through natural means. She believes that yoga class is for everyone, and a private class with hands on direction can aid her students in better alignment and movement. Today with her extensive knowledge of bone and muscles, Kimberly will lead clients through slow flow poses using breathe and longer hold times. Kimberly loves all types of yoga, but her specialty is a slow flow that focuses on foundation, correct form to prevent injuries and slowing breathe down to allow the muscle to relax from being tight to stretching into a powerful pose. She strongly believes that if you sit at your job or are physical, there are small movements with breath that can improve your day and energy level. Her intention is to educate all students on how to practice yoga in their daily life both on and off the mat.

Kimberly lives in Greenville, WI with her husband and two sons Joshua and Jordan. Her day begins with a devotion and time with God. She enjoys reading, walking, biking and crocheting. She also loves to cook good whole-food meals and has a pot of soup in her refrigerator at all seasons. A perfect day off includes walking her dogs and biking on trails in all parts of Wisconsin.

Kimberly has seen daily in her job what happens when muscles are not used and stretched. The saying “use it or lose it,” comes to mind. A body needs to move without pain. Muscles don’t get old; they get ignored by daily bad habits. So, let Kimberly guide you in a wonderful yoga experience.

Classes may be scheduled or private.

Courtney Geisler, Fitness Trainer – ROAR Fitness LLC

Ever since she was young, Courtney has loved being active and has always been on the move! She has experienced first-hand how fitness and exercise have made a positive impact on not only her life but the lives of others around her. She is excited to be on this fitness journey with you!

As a former collegiate athlete, Courtney was dedicated to working within the sports performance field and working with athletes to achieve their goals. She spent time training collegiate teams at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and the University of Wisconsin Madison. After a collegiate internship with Xcel Sports in 2015, Courtney fell in love with working with the general population and educating clients to help them achieve their fitness goals for a better quality of life. Since graduating in 2016 with a degree in Exercise Sports Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Courtney has dedicated her career to getting to know her clients and working with individuals personally and within groups. She is committed to helping create healthy habits and a safe, encouraging, and positive fitness community.

ROAR Fitness LLC was inspired by the motivation and encouragement Courtney got from her assistant volleyball coach her senior year of college. Her coach would write the word “ROAR” on the back of her hand because she wanted Courtney to get out on the volleyball court and be confident and strong, overcoming hardships and tough game situations. That’s how Courtney wants her clients to feel every time they come to a training session. Through fitness, she wants people to feel strong, confident, and to believe that they can overcome anything that is put in their path!
